Great customer service and friendly staff, reasonable prices too, but their organization is pretty bad. They try to find a part, but it takes them ages to find it because they are terribly organized. And also, it takes them forever to order in parts or to fix something, again because of their managing problems.

Very helpful
We bought our first chainsaw today from Rebecca and had a great time whilst in their shop. Amazing friendly and very knowledgeable service. They even gave us a crash course on how to use it, maintain it and be as safe as possible when working with it. Highly recommended. Thanks again to Rebecca and her great team.
