We were hoping after many years at The Savoy, never complained about elevators, garage door often broke down, hall & stair carpets full of pee & poo stains of course coming in our apt. on our shoes every day, had to stay home if package was coming or like our Times paper would disappear. Just met with a friend who lives there. The roof top is gorgeous. The lobby is beautiful. But all of the restrooms are locked up... Once in the building with my friend, enjoying the rooftop area, let me use the restroom.
