My mother and other relatives are there. It is a great facility with plenty of services. The residence is clean with lots of things to do. Bowling, gym, pool, billiards, crafts room, wood shop, several games an meeting rooms, on-site Bank, hair dresser, movie theater restaurant dining room and underground access to a pharmacy. During the whole covid nightmare, ther may have been 3 deaths over the 2+ years vs. 30 to 100 at other residences in the area because it had tight controls and adequate staff.
