My mother lived at the facility for seven years and I visited every day. What I can positive that warrants the one star is that it had very good food ( for those residents who were able to finish eating before it was taken from the table), the building was newer and nicely planned. Everything else about this place was terrible, and way too many things for me to list. Some of these things was due to government regulations, but certainly not all.
