Great people, great service! Everybody else, including microcom, told me there was no way to get satellite. These guys got it done in one day. I don't know what more I could say other than the fact they're friendly and efficient.

I would've rated it lower The worst service and when I the customer have to tell you how to do the job,,, well that's pretty stupid. Use microcom Do not ever use this place they do there service on mounting unserviceable mounting The service first started with a 3 week prior appointment scheduled 3 weeks before And I call and Danseems like he has no idea of my appointment ?? Dan and the crew at The Satellite Hubb provided first-rate service for us during our time in the Fairbanks area. Not only was the initial installation done professionally, but they went out of their way to help us out with issues that were not really their's to fix... things that DirecTV should have done. This is a great team, and I highly recommend them for all your multimedia needs. Mat H.
