Chef Val and his crew did a spectacular meal for our son's and daughter in loves wedding this past weekend. The stuffed chicken with roast garlic and parmesan cream sauce was so moist and tender, 16hr braised brisket with mushroom gravy was chefs kiss, Tuscan roasted potatoes, bacon roasted green beans was divine and house-made rolls from @sweettopia.ga, as well as a nice salad. Chef Val did my son’s wedding this past weekend. He has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He and the staff were professional, efficient, and so kind. The food was a huge hit. Many people kept telling me how much they loved the shrimp bruschetta. Thank you so much for making my night stress free and also for the amazing food. Highly recommend.
Chef Val did a great job catering appetizers for a surprise birthday party. He even made special arrangements to pick up the food because his team was catering another event in Hilton Head on the same day. The food was delicious! Definitely call the Sated Spoon for your next event!
