I would like to know who to contact to talk about an experience my disabled grandson who worked at the facility and was fired because he had altercation with a fellow employee who provoked him while on his job and this person used him and knew he had issues with his temper and wanted him to get fired because he was a good worker because he did work hard for what he wanted and bought his own vehicle and was jealous of his accomplishments he now owns a car and don't have job to pay for it! My brother was in assisted living here for 5 years, had to go to hospice care and passed.. His care from the physical nurses, assisted living help was great. But...communication from everyone in the administrative part if this community is horrible. No one returns phone calls, texts, emails are never returned. The parking is ridiculous, they let the employees park close while the visitors have to park at the end of the lot. I have complained numerous times with no one responded... Very nice and clean place. I was very pleased to walk in to see my father and it was no smell. Very fresh and clean all the way to his room. Staff was very helpful and friendly

The toilets are not ADA compliant. The food is not to my liking, only grilled cheese is edible.
