I had my dining room chairs reupholstered at the Sanddollar Upholstery. I left a message and was contacted by Gina. Gina was very kind and walked me through the whole process even while she was going through an emergency within her own home. When I went to the shop, Alex greeted me and took my chairs into the store. He was very polite and helpful. They are really nice, do great work & fast. ReUpholstery shops are hard to find, so I'm glad I found them. I had to get 1 of 2 zippers on my couch cushion repaired within 3 days, and it was ready just in time for Thanksgiving, at a good price. Thank you.
Made an appointment in November 2023 and picked out fabric. Gave pics and details about chair. Was told due to the upcoming holidays she would call after the first of the year. Waited until mid February and still had not heard anything. Sent an email. Reply said that I could bring the chair in, after sending the same picture again, March and “try to work it in.” No thank you.
