It’s very hard to reach anyone there and when you do not the operators, but the paralegals and especially the lawyers are nasty. They’re condescending.
It took a while to win the lawsuit,, but that wasn’t the lawyer‘s fault.. It just takes a long time because of how many people are involved. But they kept me up-to-date. They always answered my questions. They’re helping me right now because I need to retrieve some records so I would definitely recommend this firm.
