Excellent experience with Sanders law representing me .Gary Novins is the go to guy. Working diligently and strategically to build and resolve a case, often working on his own personal time to make sure all basses were covered, and nothing was overlooked. Timely responses to all of my questions, and straight answers with no bs. A true professional who gets the job done. Website is false advertisement, it reflects that they practice in Puerto Rico but upon calling a dozen times and being transferred a dozen times they stated they only have an office there but don’t practice there. This needs to be removed as it is false advertisement.
The communication is extremely poor. Calls go unanswered, and no one returns your messages, leaving you completely in the dark about your case and the steps you should be taking. I would not recommend this firm. Keep in mind, these attorneys receive 33 1/3% of your settlement so if they are not meeting expectations, you have every right to terminate their services and seek other counsel. BY FAR THE WORST PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.
