Heather is amazing. I’m a breast cancer survivor and have considerable scar tissue which she did the scar treatment and the results are astounding. Range of motion increased, tightness of scar area drastically improved. The combination of Thai massage and the scar treatment left me feeling better than I have in a very long time. Christmas, birthday, anniversaries, celebrations all equal a trip to Heather for my special man! It’s a no brainer. Went to The Sanctuary for a massage and learned so much during my session. Heather is truly a healer! My session consisted of not only massage, but cupping to release my fascia and loosen an area that had been “stuck” between my shoulder blades for 4 to 6 months w/o no relief in spite of my weekly visits to a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, myofascial release person and massage therapist! Heather is helping to break up all my scar tissue with state of the art modalities and I can actually take a deep breath again! I have searched for a long time in Vero for a place such as this. I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed at the Sanctuary. The decor and aromas induce relaxation, and Heather makes you feel very welcome. I have a chronic pain issue due to nerve damage and have tried multiple massage therapists in the hope of finding someone who is truly therapeutic in their approach. I explained my history and Heather walked me through the various treatments she would be using including medical cupping, micro current scar stimulation, and some traditional massage.
