My recent visit to The Sanctuary fell significantly short of professional standards due to severe hygiene, management, and pricing issues. The facility was visibly unclean, and the restrooms were in a highly unsanitary state that violates basic health and safety protocols. I don’t like leaving lower reviews as it can hurt small business and this is really just a suggestion that can make the experience more pleasant to more people, but when calling out names they should really call out last names rather than first names. Not everyone goes by their legal first name, which can make saying “yes that’s me” awkward and uncomfortable when your legal name gets called out.
nice interior and polite staff but unfortunate amount of upcharging. came in and asked for a half ounce and had 4 1/8ths scanned which is fine but just kinda irregular, i later checked and these are from the brand cabo and are 15$ anywhere else. i also got an all in one cart that is regularly 50$ and somehow my total was 180$. weed did not even hit btw.
