Save yourself from the nightmare of trying to donate to them. We dedicated full day (window given was 7:30 am -4:30 pm)only to be told the truck was full, but also they don't disassemble or move down stairs. This should have been communicated before we wasted a full day plus on this. I can't fathom mistreating donors this way
