This was relaxing. Going back for 2nd time with my husband. Enjoyed my 1st experience. Would like to keep up a routine in hopes of keeping up my health and mental well being, as the room itself, along with the music gave me 45 minutes to myself.
This was relaxing. Going back for 2nd time with my husband. Enjoyed my 1st experience. Would like to keep up a routine in hopes of keeping up my health and mental well being, as the room itself, along with the music gave me 45 minutes to myself.
It was suggested that I do a session because I was suffering from seasonal allergies. Though it was a lovely room, and a relaxing experience, I left as congested as when I went in. It really didn't help. Maybe it takes time?
