First visit to the SALT SPOT. Ashley is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. The salt cave is beautiful and relaxing! It was a great experience and I can breathe better too!!
Had a lovely first experience at the Salt Spot. Clean, cute space. Helpful staff when I was struggling to book online with my gift card. They made it ready and had a relaxing session in the salt room with my kiddo. Will be back soon!
My first time there. Quite a unique experience. The salt cave was well kept and perfectly lit. All making for a relaxing experience. Although it was my first time, I can feel a difference already. I will be returning.

The Salt Spot is the perfect blend of self and kid care! My girls and I especially love visiting during “sickie season” for the extra health boost. They love the novel environment and I love getting to relax and breathe in all the benefits of a healthy adventure out with my kids. The Family Room at the Oconomowoc location is the perfect size for the three of us (although my kids also love the mood and ambiance of the cool cave). We also appreciate the incredibly welcoming and peaceful environment.
