Went on 03/25 for my first session of infrared sauna after chatting with the owner through Instagram. I inquire to her about the BOGO for $35, even though the offer had expired the day before, she said she would honor it and I would have a complimentary session good for 6 months. When I went on 3/25 the receptionist and the owner had no idea what I was talking about even though she said she would post it on my account, I had to show her our conversation through Instagram, very uncomfortable situation. Wow. Amazing! I wasn't expecting to notice such a big difference, but wow. I brought my 2 kids, age 2 and 1 to the kids room. The main purpose was for my 1 year old daughter, who had a wet cough and our Dr suggested we come. I had more minor symptoms of whatever my daughter had, my ears and throat felt swollen. After one 45 minute session, no more ear pressure, coughing way less (WAY less), my daughter was immensely better, even my son was just in a great mood. Apparently salt is magic. I went to the Oviedo Salt Room for the first time today, I have a lung disease and very high blood pressure at times. My pulmonologist suggested I try the Salt Room. The ladies there were very kind and helpful to get me settled in with my portable oxygen which I must wear 24/7. I plan on going back at least once a week to see if it will help my breathing and lung problems.
Lovely spot. They have several therapy options. The ambiance is calming and pleasant. The staff is very attentive and customer centric.
This place is beautiful and calming. Salt therapy helps my asthma and sinus issues. Best sleep especially the night after visit. Apparently it helps people work COPD and other respitory issues including sickness such as flu. Hope this post helps with anyones curiosity, well worth the investment whether just a day visit or purchasing a package to help keep the visit costs down. Thank you for being here to help us!!!
