Worst service experience. Not kids friendly at all. Owner seems to be bothered with kids. Won't go back again

I found the Salt Retreat to be top notch in every way…. I highly recommend it. It was always extremely clean, well organized and inviting. The products are high quality “clean” products which I appreciate with all of my immune problems. James, Heather and Janet all three were extremely helpful and easy to work with which is always appreciated. I had a great experience during my session in one of the private rooms. I enjoyed the comfortable, heated recliner. Loved the soothing ambiance of the lighting and spa music. There are lockers outside the rooms as well as a good-sized console inside the private space to store your things (away from the salt residue). This is sinus relief and breathing therapy that should be routinely prescribed by the medical community. The first breakthrough relief I’ve had after mixed results from nose sprays and antihistamines. I have taken one 40 minute session once a week for 3 weeks now and it has been transformative.
