Was in search of a wellness retreat for my hubs birthday weekend. The Salt Retreat was the perfect stop for our zen time. Beautiful, clean, calming space. We left feeling relaxed as well as less congested. Our airways were draining during our session and through the day. Time well spent. Thank you Heather for being kind and helpful for our first visit!
I was hesitant at first but went after a friend went to a similar place. My experience is it helps my breathing and sinuses, particularly when bothered by allergies. It has the most wonderful bonus of being a totally relaxing experience. There are super comfortable reclining chairs and I spend the first while taking deep breaths and just letting the day go by. If I get bored I look at my phone. I have seen someone there who came in with a book. The owner is so welcoming. Only thing to remember is to bring/wear socks.

My inhale is deeper my exhale is free and my clarity is commanding after a session with The Salt Retreat. If you have Cedar Fever, common allergies, are recovering from any lung problems, or just want to recapture those by the sea deep breath moments, this is your place. The staff is wonderful. The membership is affordable. The experience is hard to describe, just get in there and try it!
