We decided to try this as we live a few blocks away. Let me start with the good. GOOD. 1. The lady hosting was wonderful. A real warm and kind soul! 2. Outdoor fire was very refreshing! NOT GOOD. 1. Dangerous. This was scary and I could have been hurt tbh. There were no instructions on how long to stay in the cold plunge. And no thermometers to know how cold each plunge was.
