What a great place to relax and detox the body, mind and soul. They have so many services from sound therapy, to foot detox baths, salt rooms, sauna, facials, many types massages to acupuncture sessions. They have wonderful products from scrubs, soaps, shower steamer pods, lotions, oils, lamps and gift items. Just too much to list all the goodness… I’ve found my “Me Spot”! 💕So grateful. It’s family friendly as well. Something for everyone👍👍 Super nice staff and very clean, neat and organized atmosphere.💕
I just attended a sound bath session led by Sound Therapist, Maison McGill at Echo Zen/The Salt Barn. If you have never had a Sound Bath, you need to experience one with Maison. She is amazing at what she does. During the session, in addition to listening to soothing, healing power of the sound, you can actually feel the vibrations reaching up from the ground to touch every cell of your body giving you a certain sense of oneness with the cosmic energy around you.
