The best part about The Safe Keeper is that it's a family owned and operated business, so we treat our costumers like family. For over 20 years we have been blessed with providing Las Vegas with the best prices and service possible. And when it comes to Safe Delivery and Installation, we are proud to boast that we have moved and installed thousands and thousands of safes thus we have more experience than anyone in the state of Nevada guaranteed. As many would tell you, the environment in The Safe Keeper is very laid back and not at all pushy due to none commission based salaries. Bottom line is, Safes is our passion. We talk about Safes day in and day out. Safes are often the topic at the di

Horrible experience with Safe Keeper and Don. First they did a bad job moving and mounting my safe (caused damage and didn’t mount it securely). Then the “president” named Don insulted me when I complained.I regret using Safe Keeper to move and install my expensive, heavy safe. If you are bolting your safe into a concrete floor, you might get lucky and not have a problem. Mine was into a wood floor, typical of a second story in Vegas. When it came to place and mount the safe, the installer caused deep gouges in the wood surface. Not just one gouge, but several. After the first one appeared I mentioned it, but he made excuses and kept going. He kept going until his own partner commented that he was scratching the hell out of the wood. So then they started bolting it down to a wooden floor with lag bolts (like big fat wood screws). First he stripped them out and tried to tell me it was mounted. Then he managed to get one bolt to stick, but the safe still rocked off the surface when pulled on. I asked him to use toggle bolts, but he said they didn’t have any, and the lag bolts were the only thing anyone ever used. I realized that I would have to finish the mounting myself after a trip to the hardware store, so I paid my bill and called the store to complain…That’s when it got worse. I told them about the damage and the improper installation via message with a secretary. About 10 minutes later, a guy named Don “the president of Safe Keeper” called. I guess he thought that title would impress me. I began to explain why I was dissatisfied, but he didn’t want to hear it. He interrupted me (repeatedly) to tell me his guys were the best there was, and they do this every day. Then he said one of the installers was his son. After this, he said I was an idiot for asking to install the safe in that floor. I couldn’t believe it! He actually said that to me!! Long story short…. He continued interrupting me and making the same excuses the installer did. (20 years in the business, install safes all the time, blah, blah, blah…) He wasn’t listening, and he didn’t care. He was so defensive that he became aggressive and insulting. I made it clear that I thought his son/installers were polite, but they just screwed up my installation. He hated hearing that so much that he made sure to insult me for complaining. He said he would call me back, but he didn’t. When I scheduled the move, I told them exactly what type of surface to expect, and asked if they used toggle bolts. They said the hardware is all on the truck, but it wasn’t. This is the first time I was ever actually called names or insulted by a vendor. I’m not a big complainer, but I expect to be treated fair. Go anywhere else. Their other review is probably fake. I had a horrible experience with them.
