I've been to the shop a lot in recent years. They carry some great brands and the servicing for skis and bikes has always been good. I feel like the customer service used to be a weak spot, but that appears to be improving these days. The staff have been a lot more friendly and helpful this summer/ fall.
They were able to repair my bike quickly and gave me different options.
