We have never had such a horrible experience in our lives. Ryan and his team ruined the home buying experience for us and caused more stress and headache than ever expected. Ryan's team procrastinated with our file until the very last minute, overpromised and under delivered, Trademark was sloppy throughout the entire process, no one communicated well, they did not pass our file in a timely manner to the investor causing us to have our closing delayed 5 days, and then messed the wire up for closing and everyone had to sit fo... read more

Extremely stressful and awful experience! If you’re looking for a full time job that you pay FOR while trying to buy a home & relocate to another state.. look no further! The Stackhouse group needed constant babysitting & we felt shuffled around throughout the process. At crucial points throughout the process, it seemed Ryan was in a meeting or unavailable.
