The Rustic Gallery is my new favorite store in San Antonio. There is something for everyone within the walls of this store, and most items are one of a kind. The staff is so knowledgeable about their inventory that comes from all over the world, & they seem to enjoy talking with customers and sharing background information on the many artisans they feature in their store. Great place to shop! Super friendly with some amazing items.
A special shout out to Anthony for his super customer service. I was looking for a dinning room set that our friends had bought from Rustic Gallery. I called them and Anthony was courteous and very helpful. He asked for a picture which I sent and I heard back within a hour. He said a delivery was there and that once the truck was unloaded he would send a picture. Well he kept his word and I got a text with pictures.
