I recently had an excellent experience at The Runway. As always, they had a large, beautiful selection ans the store was clean and organized. But what impressed me the most was the incredible service by the saleswoman Sy. She went absolutely above and beyond trying to find a top I liked in my size. When she couldn't find it in storage, she called the other locations to see if they had it, took down my number to get back to me, and held another size for me to purchase if they didn't have it. BEWARE!!!!! They have a sighn in the store that they accept returns. However, they only provide this courtesy to their customers who bought the item that same day...... The part they don't tell you is THEY ONLY TAKE RETURNS ON CASH PUTCHASES.
