Ian Connor, President and CEO of The Running Store, is such a fantastic guy! I needed some socks, so I emailed Ian. I didn't know what colors they had, so Ian sent me some photos. I was able to pick out my socks through email. Ian had them delivered to me within 30 minutes!! He emailed me my invoice and I paid it on line!!
