The sales lady was super helpful but shame the male sales person who had finished with a customer but chose to ignore us (even though twice I said hello to him to get his attention) and waste so much time talking about nothing while my wife and I were obviously waiting to try shoes on. The female sales person actually attended to us while still helping her original customers and we ended up buying over $500 worth of shoes but only because she helped us just before we were about to walk out. Quality service by people who personally run and understand running. They spent a lot of time explaining and showing me all the options to find the right shoes for me.
I will only ever buy my running shoes here. Don't let the small shop front deceive you, the selection is outstanding and always up to date. Staff always willing to help with knowledge to find the right fit for need. I've gotten so much running related advice here too that the shoes almost pay for themselves. Competitive pricing and the best local running shop on the coast!
Top notch customer service, they spent 20minutes with me educating me on exactly what shoes would suit me and my shin splints. I would have bought whatever was recommended but they encouraged me to wait until the right shoe was back in stock. It genuinely felt like they wanted to get the perfect shoe for me, not just a sale.
