Chris and the crew are legends. Best running shop in the goldy. Extensive options when it comes to footwear, apparel and nutrition as well as a wealth of knowledge and care for the customer.
Made an online purchase and didn’t pay attention to the shipping and it charged me for express shipping. Called the store and the person there was super helpful and told me they would refund the shipping charge. Yet another reason as to why buying “local” within Australia has its advantages. Thank you!
Super helpful in understanding my needs and current issues and then diagnosing what might be the best shoe for me. Was able to talk through and try a few options including using the treadmill and have ended up with a shoe I wouldn't have picked myself, but was awesome to run in last night.
The sales lady was super helpful but shame the male sales person who had finished with a customer but chose to ignore us (even though twice I said hello to him to get his attention) and waste so much time talking about nothing while my wife and I were obviously waiting to try shoes on. The female sales person actually attended to us while still helping her original customers and we ended up buying over $500 worth of shoes but only because she helped us just before we were about to walk out.
