SUPER! The three team members were chilled, unassuming, and not intimidating at all for this pathetic, novice wannabe runner. They didn't make me feel stupid for expressing my intricate needs and didn't push me to buy (I kind of wish they did now, as I remembered that I actually need more running kit). Anyway, I'll be back.
