Nathaniel was super helpful assisting my partner to find a new pair of running shoes. He was patient and attentive to her needs. She tried several sizes, brands and styles until she found the ones that worked for her. Never pushed her in a direction, instead listening to her feedback and responding with a new shoe option. Incredible online shopping experience. I was searching for a pair of hard-to-find running shoes online, The Running Factory had a pair in my size so I placed an order. Kyle noticed I missed a discount that was available on the front page, and emailed me letting me know he applied it for me. This interaction made it clear that this store values a positive customer experience. I received the shoes two days later. Will not hesitate to order from them again in the future.
Went to the Wyandotte location to get new running shoes to start training for the half marathon in the fall. Was pleasantly greeted by Danielle and told her I had no idea what I was looking for specifically and if she could help me I'd greatly appreciate it! Visited tonight to look for some supportive running shoes. The lady with the brown hair (I am blanking on her name so I apologize) was very helpful, kind and knowledgable about the type of shoe I was looking for. I put the shoes on hold for now until I can decide what colour to pick, but I highly recommend this store and will be using them going forward for all my shoe needs!
