Always a nice experience when I visit! Staff are very knowledgeable and will make sure you’re equipped with the right shoes/accessories
It is so nice to have a local running store. I have run several marathons and halfs and have always bought my shoes at the BIG chain sporting goods stores, no more. The staff is knowledgable and really goes out of their way to make sure that you get the right fit and are satisfied. Thanks for coming to town The Running Elements. My family and I really grateful.
As someone in their twenties recovering from heart issues due to a genetic condition, I was thrilled to return to running and visited this store hoping for a supportive and expert experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The store owner was present (I believe she was the owner, she referenced multiple awards displayed for marathons) during my visit and seemed frustrated by my questions, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I visited the store for the first time, and the staff were incredibly helpful and informative. They had all the familiar brands I love, plus some harder-to-find brands that aren’t usually available in big-box stores.
