Very helpful with finding the right shoe for me
Fantastic local shop, a real gem in Downtown Ocala. The owners helped me find the perfect running shoe. They spent a lot of time working with me, from scanning my feet on a foot scanner to a gait analysis on a treadmill, then brought out a number of shoes for me to try and narrowed it down to a Hoka Clifton which I absolutely love. Highly recommend this store!
My husband and I visited this store as new runners, specifically looking for education and guidance after receiving several strong recommendations from friends. Unfortunately, our experience was uncomfortable and dismissive from start to finish. We worked with a woman, I do not recall her name. Despite us clearly explaining that we were beginners looking for a basic daily trainer, we were sold very expensive shoes designed for advanced, fast-paced runners. I’ve been a customer for a couple years bought four or five pairs of shoes. I decided to try a new brand of shoe, A month later, my feet were killing me. I did not like the shoes. I called the store and spoke with Jen the owner. She was very helpful even though I didn’t have the receipt or the box she was able to exchange Them out for me Awesome experience highly recommend this place to anyone
