I have always got fantastic service and advice from the staff here.
I’ve been here quite a few times for various things, and always have been ignored by the staff. I’d understand this if the store was busy but it never is. Most recently, my mum stood at the counter wanting help and the three staff ignored her. Later, when I was waiting to buy stuff I thought they were serving a customer, turns out they were just chatting to another employee instead of serving anyone, so I waited a bit.
