i cannot recommend the Runners Academy enough! they, and Lindsay in particular, have completely transformed the kind of runner i am. i feel the strongest i ever have and that’s taken my running to a whole new level. thank you thank you thank you!
Anthony and Lindsay at The Runners Academy have been an incredible help to me and the athletes I coach. They go far beyond the scope of a typical physio, combining great manual therapy with a deep knowledge of running mechanics and gait analysis. It’s been a huge asset having them as a resource. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone in the Hamilton area.
I've worked with Lindsay and Kelly over the past year and both are amazing! I initially came to see Lindsay for a gait analysis (which was very helpful), but unfortunately experienced an unrelated injury that really messed up some nerves in my legs and hips. At that point I moved over to Kelly and she did a great job of figuring out what was actually causing my issues and coming up with a treatment plan that got me back to 100%. I’m really pleased with my experience at The Runner’s Academy in Hamilton. I saw Lindsay after dealing with some nagging Achilles pain that lingered despite visits to other physios. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and empathy truly stood out. After the initial visit, I was already feeling significantly better. I really appreciate how she goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about her clients. I can’t recommend them enough for any running-related needs!
