Buyer beware! Once you make a purchase there are no returns. Store credit only. No returns. Terrible! Tried to take back shoes with tags a day after purchase and he won’t credit original form of payment. Store credit only! I won’t go back! Shame!
Excellent customer service and brook selection
I had a great experience at The Run Shoppe. Reed took care of us and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to do a custom gait analysis to help me find the perfect running shoes. We chatted about the history and trends behind different brands and models—it felt like I was learning as much as I was shopping. I was able to try and test several pairs right there in the store made all the difference. If you’re serious about finding the right shoes and getting top-notch service, I can’t recommend The Run Shoppe enough.
