This is the only store I’ll buy shoes from going forward. The gentlemen had an overwhelming amount of customers, but handled it efficiently. Great store and service
Run House from the top to the bottom are always professional and do great work. Will be a life long customer.
DO NOT BUY ON LINE! The advertise items they do not have, charge your card, and then send you an email saying it was refunded with no other info, no customer service, NO NOTHING. They CLEARLY save all their service for in store. I am so disappointed and will not visit a store and instead Ill stick with Fleet Feet- I thought I would try some place new but clearly that didn't work. Thanks for the waste of time and the possible 10 days for my card to be refunded.
Best customer service I’ve ever experienced and you know it’s great when you look forward to giving them your money! 🤣 I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now & the quality of everything I’ve purchased has been solid, they have the best options available and customization (as applicable, of course).
