My mum was taken in suddenly she has never been away from me as i normally take care of her. I was worried how she would cope to say the least. She is settling in fine the staff are loving and kind and nothing is too much trouble. My mum has benefited from being in there she is eating well and being cared for. I am so pleased i was offered Rubens she couldnt be in better hands my mum is precious x
