i'm a 72 yr old physically disabled retired person and have been on waiting list for 3 yrs and received a letter saying i had been took off the waiting list for no reason hope their families do not need medical help
Had on operation at Cannock Chase Hospital - Berry Brook and the care from everyone was excellent! Also,from being referred by GP to the operation was 5 weeks,! NHS I applaud you
I have rang my GP who sent a referral to the radiology department to organise a ultrasound. I received a letter with 2 numbers called 20 times with hour or just over intervals, every single day for 2 week timeframe that i got given. both lines were busy or if they ring they dont pick up. Called as early as open still no answer. Now i am off the waiting list and need another referal. Considering my condition this is a joke.
