The Rowans is a lovely clean home with friendly and caring staff. Would highly recommend!
The Rowans in Kirkella. I’ve had to report them to the CQC and the Adult safeguarding team due to the neglect my dad suffered. He was only there a week but they had no heating on when he arrived from hospital, recovering from a broken hip, on the Friday (end November 2021 when there was snow on the ground and temperatures were freezing) due to a broken boiler, this lasted until the Tuesday, and no other heating was offered to him and consequently he got a chest infection.
