I have loved living at the row! The management is awesome and MC at the front desk is super helpful! Cannot wait to renew my lease again with this awesome company!
I used to live here and the biggest issue by far was the management. The office felt extremely disorganized and communication was consistently poor. It was difficult to get clear answers, follow-ups rarely happened when they were supposed to, and overall the professionalism was lacking. Living somewhere should not feel unnecessarily stressful because of management issues. A little organization and better communication would make a huge difference here. This has been the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. Management is extremely unresponsive and issues rarely get resolved. It has been over a year and I still have not received my security deposit back despite multiple attempts to contact the office. Our house also had serious maintenance issues, including water leaking from the ceiling from damage caused by previous renters.
