Filthy upon move in. They refuse to clean carpets. Nasty. They're actively trying to collect pet deposit, which is not in the lease. And upon us moving in, we had to clean up after the last tenants pet. So I have no idea what the pet deposit is for they still haven't cleaned the carpets. There was dog hair on the blinds on the carpet on the floor in the shower on the fan in the ceiling. You name it covered in pet hair, and then they wanna ask us for a pet deposit. There's a washing machine problem. They refuse to fix.
I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. The way management handled our recent relocation was incredibly unprofessional and showed a complete lack of consideration for the tenants who were affected. My roommates and I were all out of state for internships or home for the summer when we were apparently expected to find out that our house was being sold and that we were being forced to move to another unit. WARNING TO ALL PLANNING ON LIVING AT THE ROW. NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE. We had our house sold out from under us, and then told to move while I lived out of state. They told us that they would move all of our stuff out of our house for us, which is something obviously they weren’t actually capable of doing. Had the best move in experience at The Row! Olivia, the property manager helped us out so much and was so sweet. One of us decided we didn’t want the furniture in the bedroom upon move in and the team was in my unit within the hour breaking it down and taking it out! 10/10 would recommend The Row
I love being at The Row! Management has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was up to my standards! Would recommend this property over and over to my friends
