Absolutely brutal experience dealing with this shipping company. I received a call on Thursday and we agreed on a Wednesday pickup — clear, confirmed, no issues. Then out of nowhere, they call me the day before (Tuesday) saying there will be storage charges. That was never mentioned when the pickup was arranged.
