Update: This place lost their license for Assisted Living and is forcing residents to either move or move into their 55+ Independent Living and they have once again changed the business name so you can’t find the lawsuits and complaints with the AHCA website. If you are looking to put a family member at The Rose Garden or their new “The View” the same owners will run it. The rooms look like a dorm room with a hotel AC and a small bathroom. Love my job . Been here over a year , I have the best staff as well as residents ❤️❤️
My mother spent 4 years in memory care. She was moved 3 times to different rooms. Although we did as instructed by staff to label everything, all her clothes, shoes, personal items were "lost" (translation: stolen). After several complaints, her wall clock miraculously reappeared (broken). Her glasses were lost 3 times. Her teeth were "lost". Her shoe rack and shoes disappeared.
