Sara was very nice and respectful. Her place of business is beautifully maintained. She explained my questions even though I might’ve had more questions that I didn’t really ask on my part because of my anxiety, I might not have understood fully on what a healer is, but I would really like to try again.I was going to ask about her yoga studio, but I have never did yoga before.
sarah is great, really knows her art and can get you feeling and moving better!
I have been coming to the root wellness center for about a year now for yoga and I love it. The environment is so calming, peaceful and relaxing and the people are friendly and kind. Highly recommend.
I saw Sarah for energy work at the recommendation from my mental health therapist, and I had no idea that I needed her as much as a I did. She was able to explain the science behind what she does and she described issues I was having without me even having to tell her. I am so excited to have her part of my wellness team, and I recommend her 1000%.
