Love my new furniture
Selection is good and so are prices but sales people don’t seem inclined to engage with customers. I have bought from here before and was happy with the purchase.
The store and people are fine, so they get all 2 stars. However, because they work with acima, they will not get 5. Acima is a very shady company. Because I forgot to update my account after getting my new bank card, I was charged a late fee, even though I still made the payment the same day. My payment was not late. After speaking with their "customer service", which is a term I use very loosely, they confirmed that yes even though it was still on time, I was charged a "late fee", because their auto payment attempt failed. ... read more
