Selection is good and so are prices but sales people don’t seem inclined to engage with customers. I have bought from here before and was happy with the purchase.

The store and people are fine, so they get all 2 stars. However, because they work with acima, they will not get 5. Acima is a very shady company. Because I forgot to update my account after getting my new bank card, I was charged a late fee, even though I still made the payment the same day. My payment was not late. After speaking with their "customer service", which is a term I use very loosely, they confirmed that yes even though it was still on time, I was charged a "late fee", because their auto payment attempt failed. ... read more

Fell in love with a couch and he would not sell it to us unless we bought the second couch with it which was another $800. Told us it was “too hard to sell separately” when we were basically buying the single couch separately producing that it wouldn’t be that difficult. Would not return.

Horrible we weren't even greeted and the salesperson who did work there was wearing a gray tshirt and was a sweaty mess. Saddest thing is I worked in this location from 2001-2008 with previous furniture company and the store smells now and looks nasty
