Terrible management
Do not purchase furniture from here. I was told that my couches would be delivered in two weeks time. We are now on month 5 of waiting due to the couches being on back order. When I asked why I wasn’t told this at time of purchase, I was told the sales person must have made a mistake. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent experience I had with The Room Place and Concora Credit. On October 17, I purchased a bedroom set from The Room Place, and after a delay in receiving the full order, I was informed that the delivery would be scheduled for November 14, between 9 AM and 12 PM. I took time off work in order to be available for the delivery.
