We place out order July 1 and half out order will arrive next week. We went to the store looking for a solution or alternative since the remaining of the furniture would not be deliver till OCTOBER. Instead of them trying to help us they just said you can cancel. Thanks Room Place great costumer service.

Made a purchase and the delivery people made the delivery and and help themselves to my work clothes that was sitting on my couch all was caught on camera. The manger from the store told me to send him the video which I did got a text back stating he send it to the delivery department. Beware of the thefts they hire to delivery your furniture or have them drop it off at your front door.

Waited a month for my sectional which was supposed to be delivered tomorrow And I had no idea they rescheduled for the 26th the end of the month. I've been reaching out all day to cancel my order and they keep saying they'll tell the store. No one answers at the store. They're giving me the run around on canceling my order. All the lady called to say is she apologize, no compensation, didn't take off the delivery fee, didn't try to make it right and my order is still not canceled!!This whole experience has awful to say the l... read more
