Plastic and glue Furniture delivered is China Inc. Terrible ,cheap plastic and glue. Customer service AFTER the sale is ajoke. Also, this company employeees ILLEGALS on trucks and warehouse. nuff said
Very Bad Customer service The manager doesn't deserve to work here. Not at all a friendly person. The salesperson made sure to tell us that we have a 7 day return policy but CONVINIENTLY forgot to mention that there will be a pick up fee. We wanted to return ba sofa set as it was too big for our basement. We didn't even waited for 7 days to be over. Went to the store right that day and then the manager wouldn't budge on it. Love My New Furniture I just went to Harlem to furnish my new townhome and I love my new furniture! They have great incentives and deals, like no interest for 2 years, and the quality is really good. I worked with Lorenzo, who was excellent! He let me know of the different combinations I could choose from and was just very helpful from start to finish. There are more options in the store than online as well.
Great Furniture, Reasonable Prices We bought our living room furniture from here. The sofas and loveseat are very nice with built in recliners and appreciated by all. They often have great financing schemes available in which you can purchase furniture at no interest for periods spread over a year. They have good quality stuff in both leather and cloth and furniture is decently priced. The shop is located conveniently on route 59 with plenty of parking
This is the worst furniture store i have ever been to. I will never ever recommend anybody to go and purchase from this store.. I bought so much from here and bought warranty as well. recently my dining table which i bought was damaged which was noticed only after year and half, but they say that's not caused by accidental damage and so they don't cover it. I would not recommend purchasing from this location. Was taking in with a teaser price and then the hidden fees all came up at time of purchase. My sales rep just wanted the commision and didn't mention a thing. I chose not to purchase from them and left. Well one week later I received my Room Place Credit Card in the mail. They never told me I was applying for a CREDIT CARD!!! I cancelled the card but my credit score took a hit with it being opened and closed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, PLEASE!!
