Worst servicing!! They take care of you till we purchase the product, after that even though if you did purchase the protection plan they almost take a year to do the servicing for any repairs or replacements to be done. In my case it’s been 2 years and nothing has been fixed!!
Horrible experiencia comprando en The Roomplace, acudimos s esta tienda por su supuesta calidad y servicio, ahora que están cerrando sus locaciones compramos un seccional 2 piezas. Primera queja, publican un precio y me cobraron más, segunda el seccionar llego con las partes incompletas. Llamo el mismo día de la entrega y me ofrecen traerlas e instalarlas, después de días me envían por correo, pero equivocadas, trato de comunicarme a diario por teléfono y solo espero mucho y nunca contestan.
