Great, lovely walks and amenities 5 mins in the car. Dog friendly and great hot tub. Great for 3 adults and 1 dog
Brilliant cottage. The interior design and details are excellent. Perfect for us and our aged dog. The hot tub was a special treat that was lovely on a cold grey day. Plenty of great walks nearby. Excellent communications from the owners who live nearby. Highly recommend 👌
Lovely, quirky and comfortable cottage in the rolling hills of Roughlee. Great place to stay with our dogs, lots of places to walk and visit.
My husband and I, together with our two dogs stayed at The Rookery for a long weekend in January. It was absolutely perfect; the cottage itself is decorated to an incredibly high standard and is really stylish whilst still being super cosy. The log fire and hot tub were so lovely after our dogs walks. In terms of dog walks there an abundance on your doorstep, as well as many (dog friendly) pubs within an easy walk. Would absolutely recommend, and we hope to return!
Dog friendly (responsibly obviously) child friendly (responsibly obviously). Spent quality time with family here. 5 stars!
