I recently did the 10 series with Tim and he is a phenomenal body worker. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Holy Coconuts! Tim's talent and understanding of the human body is truly impressive from anywhere in the world, it only makes sense that he does his work on the Garden Island of Kauai. If you live here or are visiting for a few days, I seriously suggest getting in even just one session (the first one totally unlocks your shoulders and back) - he'll re-balance your sitting/standing life, just like that! 1st time! It was effective! I left breathing better, felt lighter, I was re-energized! Timothy was very professional.
I was curious about this Rolfing I have been hearing about lately. I do drive a lot in my car and surf, feels like my body has been a little off. I decided to get a sesh with Tim. I walked into this nice open space , good airflow very relaxing. After about the first 10 minutes I could feel the difference in half my body, I felt so renewed and and fresh. Wow, hard to explain but we’ll worth it! Got to try it if you never had Rolfing, Tim is the man.
