I was BURNED with IPL and this business has caused me VISIBLE PERMANENT SCARRING that are not reparable prior to my wedding in a few months. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR SKIN. Poor training, and after putting me in touch with the dermatologist on site, which I never spoke to directly or had proof of medical background, all they could suggest was a cream over the counter. i waited a few days to make sure i wasn't over reacting before i made this review. i got a derma plane with a peel done on Saturday. Douglas did my services . from the start i told Douglas that chase did my face last time preformed several passes and nothing happened to my face even though she did amazing. also had great customer services. however she was booked otherwise i would've went back. dough was nice as well however, i even stressed to him that i would like for him to increase the level so i can actually see results.... read more
We recently booked a hair appointment for my mother-in-law's birthday. It was a groupon that consisted of a cut, single process color, and a blowout. My wife set things up and confirmed with the receptionist what we wanted done, paid for the service with a tip based on the full price service ahead of time, and stated that we did not approve any further charges which we were told was going into the appointment notes.
