I had poor results after a session and the front desk ignored my concerns. Very disappointed with the lack of accountability.
As this is my first time getting a facial, I had a phenomenal experience. The salon was very welcoming, and I plan to come back! I would like to give a very special thank you to my esthetician Chase. The Face & Body Spa in Brentwood is such a great experience. I don’t go as often as I would like, but when I do, it’s always a 10/10! My favorite service is a facial. I recently got the Radiance C Facial by Chase and she did an amazing job. Thank you, girl!
