Excellent, timely customer service and an amazing product! I'm new to the world of cycling, and I bought a child trailer second hand. But wait, I need a special axle?! Thank god for this company. Finding the right product was a breeze. Unfortunately, my first order was lost in the mail, but Robert Axle sent a new one right away, which was super appreciated. Wat een fantastische service! Ik was op zoek naar een steekas om de Thule Chariot Sport 2 achter mijn MTB (Canyon Exceed) en racefiets (Canyon Endurace) te hangen. Met meerdere tabbladen open, uiteindelijk per ongeluk een fout gemaakt in de bestelling en 1 verkeerde as geselecteerd. Vrijwel direct een mail ontvangen met het advies om een andere as te bestellen die wel past op m’n fiets. Zonder enige extra kosten binnen korte tijd beide assen vanuit Amerika ontvangen. Perfecte service!
How can i give this company anything less?! My Axel arrived in less than 24 hours from Bend, Oregon to Montreal, Canada. There was a slight defect, I emailed them and had a reply and a new axel in a couple of days and now I am up and running!
The axle is not Hexlox compatible which is shown on their website, you have to buy the kit and ask them to mount the magnet insert, which can be done to any axle as long as there is backing for the nut.
