I have lived at The Rivers for over 3 years and hopefully many more. Management and staff are very friendly and caring, they show real interest in how we are doing and make us feel like a family. There are activities for everyone; exercise, games, art crafts, movies or just reading a book on the patio. For those who want to see the area, downtown is 2 blocks away; stores, restaurants, parks and plenty of community event.
Clean nice facility If you have an elderly who needs proper care. This is the place to be.
3 stars is for the residents and most staff. Not for management. They will not listen to resident complaints and say they are “working on it” if the complaint is brought up again. They will not listen to employee complaints, there’s always some sort of drama going on within the building. Short staffed constantly, always new caregivers coming in and out.
