Let me begin by saying that we really enjoyed our stay. From the minute you get out of your car at valet and check in you feel really welcome. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious and we got a room on the seventh floor with a view of the bay, that was perfect. Anytime we needed something. They were very accommodating. Loved the fact that you can take the shuttle over to the beach club and spend the day on the beach with no cares. Super nice and friendly staff. The only thing didnt like it is that supposed to be a pet friendly hotel and your pet cant go to a restaurant outside. Very pretty property
