Building Issues. My mother's brand new apartment has been flooded as a result of building construction issues twice in 12 months. Both times making her apartment uninhabitable. She had to be moved out for the second time 4 weeks ago, significantly traumatic for an older person, and yet to date no work has occurred to start rectification.
